In an effort to separate our service from the pack so to speak I have created this page to give my clients full access to Event Planning Tools. Use the availability Checker to see if we have a DJ for your Event date. You can create the Event using this process. We will be instantly notified of your request and can begin to process it immediately to secure the proper equipment and personnel.

Additionally you, and your guests if so desired, can create a collaborative playlist to make sure that the music you want is the music you get and sometimes, even more importantly the music you DON'T gets put on the DO NOT PLAY list! Because this list is conveyed immediately to your DJ, the event runs much smoother. It's all part of the plan to help you create the perfect Reception, Party, Corporate Event or any other celebration where you want a professional DJ to keep the event on track.

Once you have confirmed that our DJ service can accommodate your event date, you will be given login information that can be used to detail your event to the nth degree. Simply select the event date, enter your password and you a new page will open with links for your to be able to update event details, submit requests, print contracts and event planners, or any other type of information that you may require.

Why is my event locked? Just so there are no surprises, we lock the online event planning tools usually about 5 days prior to your event date. The reason is so that if there are any last minute changes they are communicated directly with your DJ. Depending on how busy that particular date is, we don't want any chances that information wasn't submitted and more importantly received - this way we, the DJ, and you have the most current information about your event.
